🔄 Return Policy — PrayerGloww
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening.
✨ Eligibility for Return
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be returned in the original packaging, along with all included accessories or items.
If the original packaging is not available, please pack the item securely using a replacement box with appropriate protection to prevent damage during transit.
⚠ Important: Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless the item is defective and accompanied by an unboxing video as proof.
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your return to the product manufacturer.
The return address will vary depending on the product and will be included in the return label we provide.
💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming its arrival and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company – it may take a few days for the refund to officially post.

🚚 Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time for exchanged or replaced products may vary depending on your location.
